Peer mediation micro teaching was a success in my opinion. Peer mediation and conflict resolution is a skill that all you individuals should learn so that they can become successful in this world, in jobs, relationships, and so much more.
Angela and I were able to collaboratively come up with a few ideas and then brainstormed the best approach so that our class could see how peer mediation works, how they can teach it to their students, and the benefits to the process. Angela found a great movie that depicts the bullying that goes on in every day schools, it is a reality that we have to face as future teachers and must put a stop too. We then decided that we would give the class time to read a scenario and role play. It gave us time to walk around and hear the different conversations that were occurring. 
Micro- teaching is a great tool for us as future teachers. It gives us a time to practice teaching a strategy that we would teach in our classroom. Then we get ideas and strategies from our peers, as a teacher new ideas are essential and if you have the tools new ideas are endless.
